Cedar Park Town Center is a 72 acre land development in Cedar Park, Texas, a fast growing suburb of Austin. The project included the development of a 400,000 sq. ft power center anchored by Costco and At Home that was sold in 2015. The Company has continued to develop out the peripheral land and currently retains parcels ground leased to University Federal Credit Union and 54th Street Grill with an approximately 2.4 acre outparcel remaining.
