The Ainbinder Company is a privately held shopping center development company based in Houston, Texas. The Company has been in existence for over 25 years and is owned by partners Michael Ainbinder and Bart Duckworth. The Company has been involved in the development of over 3 million square feet of retail projects valued at over half a billion dollars throughout the United States, with its current portfolio located primarily in Texas and the Southeast.

Michael Ainbinder founded The Ainbinder Company in 1995. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Houston College of Law. Prior to starting the Company, Mr. Ainbinder practiced real estate law for 5 years with the firm of Walsh, Squires & Tompkins and was Chairman of SCC Development Corporation in Houston. Mr. Ainbinder is a former Texas State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Bart Duckworth joined The Ainbinder Company in 1998. He received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Kansas and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Duckworth was involved in shopping center development as a Retail Partner with The Vantage Companies, Executive Vice President and COO of Wulfe & Co. where he co-founded Wulfe Management Services, and as President of Highland Village Holdings in Houston.
